Dynamic BPM
Automate and manage agile business processes for dynamic and unpredictable environments
TIBCO iProcess™ Suite software provides Dynamic BPM capabilities to enable business processes to quickly adapt to dynamic, fast-changing and unpredictable business environments with minimal latency.
Goal-Driven BPM
Enterprises increasingly need to automate business processes that evolve in response to unpredictable business scenarios. This can be difficult to accomplish using traditional BPM approaches that lend themselves better to more static and structured processes.
TIBCO iProcess™ Conductor software enables process execution plans to be assembled and executed “on the fly” from individual processes to provide dynamic and customized solutions. With iProcess Conductor software, process execution plans can be created manually by business users using the GANTT-style UI or can be automated using business rules.
iProcess Conductor sofware provides predictive jeopardy management by analyzing the executing plan using expected and actual plan execution times. The executing plan can be modified to fix problems before they occur rather than after the fact.
Business Rules
The business rules that control the flow and behavior of a business process may change more frequently than the structure of the process.
TIBCO iProcess™ Decisions software provides an intuitive spreadsheet-based environment for business analysts to define and manage these business rules. iProcess Decisions software enables the business rules to be modified without need to modify and re-deploy the business process model.
Dynamic Sub-Processes
Conventional BPM solutions hardwire the business process and the sub-processes they invoke together at design time. While this is fine for simple scenarios, as the complexity grows this solution becomes limiting.
TIBCO iProcess™ Engine software supports dynamic sub-processes: sub-processes executed can be determined at run-time by the data in the process. Multiple instances of sub-processes can be executed, allowing 1:N relationship scenarios to be easily supported.
